  • conditions upstream and how they might change

  • conditions within the villages and

  • by the way that water is managed downstream as it flows down to Norwich and out to the North Sea.

Who Owns/Is Responsible

for Watercourses (Ditches)?

Anglian Water advises that the responsibility for maintenance of ordinary watercourses lies with anyone who owns land or property adjacent to a watercourse. This is known as Riparian Ownership.
